At Minttopic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Refund and Returns Policy provides you with the opportunity to return or exchange items under certain conditions. Please read this policy carefully to understand the steps you need to follow and the eligibility criteria for returns and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Items that have been damaged, altered, or used will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@minttopic.click with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund if it applies to your return.
3. Refund Process
Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that are not in their original condition or that are returned after the 30-day return window.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. To process an exchange:

- Once the exchange is approved, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

Sale or discounted items are eligible for return, but the return conditions (e.g., time frame, condition) remain the same as regular-priced items.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
